In the most recent Change Notification Letter from State Farm for the Phoenix Metro Market Area, a one dollar increase on paint and materials was reported. Tucson and other outlying areas have reported an increase in labor rates and/or paint and material pricing in May 2008. Are the current reported rates in the Phoenix Metro Market Area accurate?  The Accuracy of the State Farm Prevailing Rate Survey Depends on You is the title of the most recent educational campaign that was launched by the ASA of Arizona Collision Workgroup.
